Refund policy


SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide shipping confirmation and proof of dispatch.

Most orders include tracking information, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 30–45 days, please contact our support team.

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Must include original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Photo or video evidence
Delivery address

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
